Individual Psychotherapy

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I work with you to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and develop practical skills to move forward. I offer 1:1 therapy sessions. Together we'll build self-confidence and emotional resilience, learning to challenge overthinking and respond to life's difficulties in healthier ways. Therapy will be a safe space where you're heard, supported, and empowered.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy also known as CBT is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Often, when we're experiencing anxiety or depression, our thoughts can become stuck in unhelpful patterns; these patterns keep us feeling trapped or overwhelmed.

    CBT helps you identify these patterns and teaches you strategies to challenge and change them. Rather than dwelling on the past, CBT focuses on what's happening now and gives you tools you can use right away to manage difficult emotions and situations.

    In our sessions, we'll work together to explore what triggers your distress, examine the thoughts that fuel it, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. CBT is collaborative, structured, and goal-focused,meaning you'll be an active participant in your healing, learning skills that will serve you long after therapy ends.

  • I offer individual psychotherapy for adults over 18+ and offer 8-12 therapy sessions for:

  • We’ll meet weekly or fortnightly for 1 hour sessions. All sessions are held online via video call. We’ll start by exploring what's been difficult for you and identifying any patterns that might be keeping you stuck.

A complimentary 15-minute call to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and see if we are a good fit.

If you choose to proceed, your first session will be an initial assessment where we explore your main difficulties, discuss your goals for therapy, and create a personalized treatment plan together.

3. Begin Your Therapy Journey

We'll meet weekly or fortnightly for structured CBT sessions, establishing a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where you can work through your challenges at your own pace.
