Meet Your Therapist

Woman with long dark wavy hair wearing glasses, a white blazer, and layered necklaces, sitting in a bright room with a white sofa and large windows.

Hi, my name is Ndidi, and I am a London and Surrey Based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have several years of experience working in the NHS, supporting people through anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, trauma and the weight of everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming.

I know how heavy and isolating these experiences can feel, and I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and treated with genuine care and respect.

I am deeply passionate about working with people from diverse cultures, communities, and life experiences, which inspired me to create Ndidi Wellness Practice to offer a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where your culture and identity are honoured. I bring warmth and genuine care to each session, working alongside you at your pace to help you manage your difficulties and build the confidence and skills you can carry forward in your life.

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, particularly during difficult times. My hope is that you feel safe, reassured, and supported, knowing you don't have to face this alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey towards feeling more grounded, confident, and resilient.
